Idris is Infiniti's new virtual assistant. It is designed to help users by answering their questions about the brand and it’s products. Communicating via Facebook Messenger, Idris answers most of the questions users might have, quickly, in English and in Arabic.
It is able to present the entire Infiniti range of products, book a test drive, provide brochures or quotes and even make some jokes. On top of that, because it is equipped with a Geolocation system, it gives users directions to their nearest showroom. As Idris covers the entire Middle East, this feature is very useful.
Because it uses artificial intelligence to understand natural languages, Idris is fluent in English as well as in Arabic and considerably lightens the work of the Infiniti support team.
